You are an incredible light being experiencing human life
in an amazing physical body! This human experience includes the restoring or maintaining health and wellness
in every aspect of your being. Wellness is actually creating balance in body, mind, and spirit. This balance is
especially important right now because of the rapid spiritual ascension and expansion of consciousness that is occurring.
You are inately your own best healer. Who could possible know your body, explore your mind, and understand your heart
better than you? The answers to all your questions lie within. You simply require the keys, or tools, to access
this information. My intention is to explore as many of these tools as possible. It will be an on-going
